Hand crafted in the Scottish highlands, using wild Red deer antler and British made stainless steel blade. This very unique butter and cheese knife will add plenty of character to your cheese board or breakfast table, each one is unique as no deer antler is the same in colour or texture. 
 
Blade has a mirror polished finish.

The Board
Each board is carved from a single piece of olive wood, which is a very beautiful and a very hard wood. Every piece is completely unique with stunning grain patterns and colour.
 
Ethically produced 
we only use wood from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life and have already been replaced with younger, more productive trees.
 
The Engraving
The deer has been engraved into the board and then each board is hand finished using a pyrography pen to give the engraving a rich shade and more colour.

Care Instructions
Care instructions: hand wash with hot, light soapy water. Treat often with olive, coconut or any other food grade oil.
